Joanne M. Allswede
Managing Partner
Joanne co-founded Quantrum and is dedicated to providing practical solutions for efficient access to mission critical data. She ensures that the company’s mission remains focused on the needs of its clients.
Prior to founding Quantrum, Joanne held positions at Mead Data Central/LexisNexis, specializing in Software Development, Systems Analysis and Software Release Management for one of the world’s largest online database systems. Prior to her work at LexisNexis, she worked for nine years in the Avionics Laboratory at Wright-Patterson AFB. Joanne holds a Bachelor of Science degree, Magna Cum Laude, in Computer Information Systems from the University of Dayton.
Randall L. Heide
Partner and Chief Technology Officer
Committed to total customer satisfaction, providing clients with information management solutions designed to extract the full value from their data. He has a unique ability to see the big picture and break large, complex projects into manageable, results-oriented tasks, and inspiring and motivating teams to success.
Prior to co-founding the company, Randall held technical and management positions at Mead Data Central/LexisNexis. He directed a large staff of software engineers and system administrators responsible for the software and systems associated with approximately one billion dollars in annual revenue. Randall holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Purdue University.
Tony Szekely
Director of Business Development
As Quantrum’s Director of Business Development, Tony is the lead for partner building, marketing and market intelligence, capture management, proposal management and pipeline development. He retired from the United States Air Force following a distinguished 22-year career and leverages those years of Air Force experience in his current role with Quantrum.
Tony holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Excelsior College and an Associate of Applied Science in Communications Technology from the Community College of the Air Force. He is a lifetime member of the Air Force Sergeants Association (AFSA), a member of the Armed Forces Communication and Electronics Association (AFCEA), Dayton Defense, and the National Military Intelligence Association (NMIA).
Jami Wyatt
Operations Manager
Jami oversees daily operations including Human Resources, Security and provides Program Management for several key contracts at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. After graduating from Sinclair Community College in Business, Jami worked in the travel industry for 6 years. In 2001 she moved into contracting at the base working in various roles, including Analyst and Program Coordinator. Jami joined the Quantrum team in 2014 and quickly rose through the company into a leadership position. Ms. Wyatt is Quantrum’s ISO Quality Manager and lead the transformation into the new ISO 9001:2015 certification.
