DBITS OVERVIEW

The State of Ohio Department of Administrative Services (DAS) DBITS vehicle allows for accelerated action on Statements of Works released for small and medium projects. This creates an acquisition method that is faster for agencies, creates new opportunities for vendors, and better aligns with and supports state IT optimization priorities. This deliverable-based contracting method is the preferred method for deliverable-based services in lieu of agencies using state term schedules and reduces the number of non-compete State Term Schedule contracts in the future.
