GSA 8(a) STARS II
GSA 8(a) STARS II is a multiple-award (MA), indefinite-delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract engineered to provide cutting-edge Information Technology (IT) solutions from to all Federal Civilian, Federal Health and Department of Defense (DoD) agencies. Using 8(a) STARS II will provide you easy access to Quantrum’s IT services through an established contract vehicle instead of traditional, open market methods – saving you time and taxpayer money. Quantrum’s has been certified by GSA to provide services in the functional areas of Custom Computer Programming Services, Computer System Design Services, Computer Facilities Management Services, and Other Computer Related Services.

GSA MAS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
Quantrum’s GSA MAS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY offers comprehensive and proven solution for all you IT professional service needs, to include data management, portfolio management, network services, programming, IT backup and security services. GSA MAS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY is an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) multiple award schedule, providing direct access to products, services and solutions. GSA MAS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY offers federal, state, and local governments innovative solutions to their information technology needs. OHIO DELIVERABLES BASED IT SERVICES (DBITS)

Quantrum is a vendor on the State of Ohio Department of Administrative Services (DAS) Deliverables Based IT Services (DBITS) effort. Quantrum has been pre-qualified to provide solutions to all six different technology categories, to include IT Assessment, Planning, and Solicitation Assistance; Project Management; Application Development and Maintenance Transition Planning; Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) and Quality Assurance; Technology Upgrade/Migration and Transformation; and Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse.

SBA
Quantrum is a Small Business Association (SBA). Under this program, Quantrum can receive sole-source contracts, up to a ceiling of $4 million for goods and services. Quantrum is also able to form joint ventures and teams to bid on contracts. This enhances our ability to perform larger prime contracts and overcome the effects of contract bundling
