QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Quantrum will draw on its 10+ years of serving the federal government and the DoD, combining our experience with all tools at our disposal to integrate professional support services within and across the Navy and Marine Corps to institute best practices throughout, realizing cost savings, while maintaining focus on the prime objective of accomplishing the mission. Quantrum provides timely, high quality professional support services while maximizing opportunities for innovation.  We provide these services within and across the divisions using continual process improvements drawing from our ISO 9001 certified Quality Management System (QMS).  Regular internal reviews, ongoing dialog with the customer, keeping abreast of rapidly changing industry best practices, and compliance with established standards provide the basis for our successful continuous process improvement. Quantrum’s understanding of defined operational roles and responsibilities has allowed us to seamlessly integrate into numerous teams across the Air Force and our QMS, combined with strong corporate management support, will allow us to offer highly qualified support personnel who can be incorporated into any team in any environment.
